Billy's obituary
Billy was born on October 12th, 1959 to Charles and Bessie in Greenfield, Ohio. After moving to FL, Billy grew up in Naples, FL where he would eventually meet the mother of his 4 children, William, Brandon, Daniel, and Niki.
Billy was a handyman by trade and one of the hardest working individuals, according to friends and family. Billy was the type of person to do anything for anyone.
Billy was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of William, Brandon, Daniel, and Niki and would speak often about them.
Anyone who knew Billy knew that he was the most loving father. Billy was predeceased by Charles and Bessie Whaley. He is survived by William, Brandon, Daniel, and Niki.
There will be a celebration of life at Caloosahatchee Regional Park in Alva, FL on July 17th, 2021 at 10am.
