Mr. Billy J. Colvin, age 88 of Vidalia, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022 at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born on July 23, 1933 to the late William and Annie Colvin. A veteran of the United States Army, he served during the Korean War as military police for the 1st infantry division in Germany. He was a lifelong resident of Vidalia and worked for seven years as lieutenant with the …
