Bev was the happiest person when she was around her family. No smile was brighter than hers. If you were at the Nelson's house, you were having a great time. She will be missed.
Some of my favorite childhood memories are because of her. She always welcomed the neighborhood for New Year’s. I remember the neighborhood pulling together to help when the house flooded in 94. But most of all I remember she was always smiling and happy. She was such a great person!
Oh dear Beverly, how I still remember the first day I met you. You were so elegant I decided you looked like Marilyn Monroe, and I subsequently referred to you as Marilyn. You were always smiling and kind; “ my Gavin says the nicest lady he ever met.” You loved all children so much, my Gavin also remembers you coming into prek4 and giving the kids “toys” and I remember you giving him $5 at Halloween. Your generous spirit brought beauty and energy to every room you entered. You raised a beautiful family, especially that Erik ;), and your spirit will carry on through their own kind ways. You will be missed but never forgotten. Love, Rita & Bill
I have the fondest memories of Mrs. Nelson. We would only see her for minutes at a time (because EVERYONE at the theatre wanted to say hi to Mrs. Nelson), but in those few minutes she made you feel special and loved. So much love to Erik and Katie and the rest of her family. She was a wonderful lady.
Your mom was the most caring and thoughtful person. My girls loved spending time with Grandmom Nelson and it was a pleasure to get to know her -loved going out to Dining Under the Stars & NYC trip with her-she is truly missed
