Beverly Linda “Becky" Allbee, 78, died Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at the Genesis Laconia Rehabilitation Center.

She was born February 22, 1946 in Cambridge, MA, the daughter of Bernard and Isabelle (Palmer) Becker.

Becky graduated from Belmont High School, MA and attended Johnson State College in Vermont.

Prior to retirement, Beverly worked as a Correctional Officer for the NH Department of Corrections.

Becky loved working in her garden and taking slow walks in nature. This time outdoors gave her particular insight to the beauty, light, and shadows outdoors and how she portrayed them in her paintings of landscapes and wildlife. She was also an creative and skilled photographer.

Family members include two sons; Randy (Irene) O’Grady of Groton, MA; Bryon (Karen) Moffett of Belvidere, IL; two daughters: Robbyn (Scott) Spratt of Merritt Island, FL; Jennifer (Shane) Livingston of Tilton, NH; a brother, Robert (Patricia Essex) Becker of Middleboro, MA and a sister Donna (Eugene) Downing of Arlington, MA; four grandchildren: Kyle O’Grady, Sean O’Grady, Hunter Morrill, Cameron Moffett, and three nieces.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 @ 10AM at the Better Place Forest located in the Berkshires, MA where she requested to have her ashes returned and mixed with the earth at the base of a specially chosen memorial tree. See "Events" for details.
