Betty Jane Wycoff, aged 87, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2025, in Bend, Oregon. Born on December 18, 1937, in Jerome, Arizona, Betty dedicated her life to service, compassion, and family. She graduated from Phoenix Union High School in 1956 and furthered her education at The Salvation Army School for Officers Training, where she was commissioned alongside her husband, Walter, in 1966.
