Always had the best conversations with Betty - I met her when she was handling employee benefits at Good Sam Hospital. She was a remarkable combination of professionalism and joy. She never failed to bring Mick Jagger into any employee meeting using his name as an example of how to complete an enrollment form. We stayed in touch intermittently over the years and will miss her insightful commentary and sense of justice. Was grateful to call her my friend. Deepest sympathies to her family.
