Mrs. Bessie White Colston, age 105, of Rome, passed away Tuesday evening, May 2, 2017, in a local health care facility.
Mrs. Colston was born in Bartow County on October 4, 1911, but moved to Floyd County at an early age. A member of a pioneer family, she was the daughter of the late M. Jackson White and the late Blanche Satcher White. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lee "C. …
