Bernard Leslie Downie, 73, went to be with the Lord on February 27, 2021. Born on April 12, 1947, in Cleveland, Ohio, Bernie later lived in Sharon, Pennsylvania; Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania; and most recently Valrico, Florida.
Bernie was a devoted father, a faithful husband of 47 years, and a man of deep and abiding faith. His Christian faith was the foundation of his life, guiding him with strength, humility, and kindness in all that he did. …
