Our condolences! He lived such a short life, yet accomplished so many things. He will surely be missed.
I am so  incredibly sorry for your loss. Please know that you are all in my prayers.
We are so very sorry for your loss. Ben set a great example to his patients, friends and family. May his loving self be followed in those he loved. We cannot make the funeral but are truly thinking and praying for all who loved and will miss him. God be with you. Love Roger and Fran

My heart breaks for you all, and I am praying for you. My memories of Ben are when he was about the same age my son Orion is now. I remember him running around - through the couch cushion stables Maddie and I set up for Breyer horses or through the outdoor 'horse jumping arenas' we made out of rakes and chairs - as such a joyful, wild, sweet, and silly kid. I can see he grew up to be the best uncle, adult son, brother-turned-friend, physical therapist, and community helper. I am so sorry for your loss. Much love to you all.

I’m so proud of Ben, because when we met, he was unsure if he would have the grades to become a physical therapist. We often studied together, and I was impressed by how dedicated he was. He was always studying and working his hardest. He was always kind to everyone, and had the best laugh and smile. I’m so proud to see he became a doctor and made the world a better place all around him. We miss him here, but glad he’s home.

The first time I remember meeting  Ben and Becky was during a homeschooling field trip.

Ben and my two boys were learning about electricity and circuits I think.  Little did we know at the time that Patrick was an electrician. They all jumped in and connected literally and figuratively.

Fencing, racing around outside and inside, swimming at Club O'Fallon on a hot day it was so good,  such natural and nourishing times together.

I thank the Lord for Ben.  He is a good man.  He has been a joy and will continue to be a joy.

Thanks too to the O'Fallon family for each being so generous in so many ways.  By sharing your family many have felt the beautiful sense of family.

We love Ben.  We love you.

Today at Physical Therapy was bittersweet. Last week I should have "graduated" but appointment was cancelled due to Ben's death. Today I went to my last appointment and another PT "graduated" me. I was doing ok until the receptionist said "Ben would have been so proud of you!" Well, the tears were shed by all. RIP Ben thanks for being the amazing Doctor of Physical Therapy.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. Ben was a wonderful person with the most amazing personality and sense of humor. He had a kindness that is rare in people. He was always generous with his time and willing to help anyone. In PT school, he won an award representing someone in our class who went above and beyond and I think that really exemplifies his spirit. He deserved the world and will be sorely missed.

Ben was a good friend to me in middle school and high school youth group, and during my time at Normandale. Even though I moved away from the Twin Cities, I’ve never forgotten what a positive force he was in my life. Truly one of the kindest and most conscientious people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing.  Ben had the best sense of humor and was so unapologetically himself! We used to sit in the student center at Normandale and listen to all the bad karaoke. One time he begrudgingly attended my younger cousin’s 16th birthday party with me, and ended up hiding in a closet covered in silly string because a bunch of giggling teenage girls had chased him around the whole time! His eyes lit up when he talked about his family. He always seemed happiest when he told me about his sisters. My heart goes out to you all. It was far too soon a loss. (Shannon Thompson)

We had the pleasure of working with Ben at M Health Fairview physical therapy in Brooklyn Park. He was an amazing therapist treating all his patients with compassion and great care. He was also a friend. We feel like we know his family even though we never met them in person. He always had fun stories about his nephews and pets. He loved those boys so much. He will be truly missed by us all.

I am so very sorry for loss. i can’t even imagine what you all are feeling right now. you are all in my thoughts.
Ben always made me laugh when I would come and stay with your family.  I always enjoyed his sense of humor and his goofy nature. Summers spent in your pool running in circles, letting the current carry us, seem just like yesterday. I will carry these memories in my heart. The world lost a truly wonderful human.

As soon as I met Ben 4 months ago I knew he was special. Not only was he an exceptional Physical Therapist he was a caring young man. I got to know Ben the son, brother, uncle, friend and boyfriend. He LOVED big. The time we spent together as he helped me heal we talked about everything. He was so thoughtful in everything he did. His death has left a big hole in my heart. I feel so blessed to have had the honor of knowing him. Words are not enough but I hope they comfort the family in knowing how special he was to me. The last time I saw him leaving the office he said, “ Have a great weekend Boss!” I now will say, “ RIP Ben you will be dearly missed”.

My condolences to Ben’s family. I first met Ben when I started in PT in November.  He was so sweet and encouraging! I only knew him a short time but he will be missed!
