Always made people feel welcome, great sense of humor, very outgoing. Just a fun person to be around with a good heart. His energy was a vibe, and he always brightened every room he was in.
Just wanted to share his beau…
2002
Just wanted to share his beautiful smile! I can still hear his wonderful laugh in my mind. He caused so many more to laugh from his sense of humor which is so unique and quite frankly, INCREDIBLE! Love you Ben.

My baby brother was positivity and light. He connected with so many people in so many ways. He had a heart of gold. He was there for anyone who needed anything. He was genuine, authentic. Sincere. I remember his yellow boots he NEVER took off as a kid and his  coonskin cap he wore even in family photos. He was eccentric, eclectic, and wild.  Him playing piano and me sitting next to him singing. He was the kind of person that made everyone feel wanted and welcome. His heart was open and full. I see him in the stars and in the sunsets. I’ll forever remember chasing sunsets with you. Unapologetically unfiltered. Truly you.  Glad I had you in my life, just wish it was longer. Love always, TC

Ben loved so easily. If there was perhaps someone that could been close to being an angel, he would have taken that spot.

I know we may have diverged paths in life, but you left a mark on me my friend but I would trade that mark in a instant if you could be here again.

Love Jason.

Very sad news, Ben, you were a beautiful soul and let it shine in all that you did. I will never forget the night we went to Mad Myrna’s, we had so much fun together. Karaoke was epic too and your passion for life showed when you sang. When I was going through a hard time, you showed up with love, laughter and a ton of excitement. Your smile and laugh were contagious. You always made people feel heard and appreciated, especially when they needed it the most. You brought joy to all your family and friends hearts. I will miss you deeply my friend especially our music and pizza nights 🍕. we all will. My prayers go out to you Ben and to the Burton family. ❤️. I pray 🙏 for your healing ❤️‍🩹 hearts, minds, and spirits. we love you and we will celebrate the good times we had. Life is so precious and it’s not fair sometimes, I’m going to miss your stoic beard and mustache challenges. Rest Easy Ben. 😢
