For those traveling from out of town, here is some hotel information. After calling several hotels in the area, we realized that most don't offer a bereavement rate for guests. In addition, they require a guarantee to book a block of rooms for a group. Also, in each case, you can get a better rate by simply booking through a service like Expedia. Here are three nearby hotels, each varying slightly in price and room type. All are near the church and Brad's house. In addition, there are many other lodging options, including budget friendly hotels.

Ben Lois Bowers, 96, of Houston, Texas, passed away on February 2, 2022, after a long and happy life. Ben was born July 27, 1925, to Ben and Lela Hampton in Paris, Arkansas. After high school, she attended Northeastern State College in Tahlequah, Oklahoma where she met her future husband, David Garrett Bowers.
