I will never forget my time at Cal U choir with Barron. He truly was an amazing person, inside and out, and left a positive mark on all of the lives he has touched. Happy birthday in heaven, Barron!

You are missed everyday and I enjoyed every moment we shared, while you sang, sharing meals and fresh baked sourdough, being in the warm Maui ocean, just relaxing and all the adventures we had!

Thinking of you starting your new year with a new journey on the other side. Keep smiling and watching over us.

Anita, im so truly sorry for your loss. I care for you and love Barron very much. Grateful that I got to know you through this time...Through it all God has brought so much beautiful unity, which is what Barron would want for us, as he exampled that daily. For that I am so truly grateful. 💗 I will always be here for you and I mean that... I stand by my word. Blessings.

I was so sorry to hear about Barron's passing. My condolences to family and friends. Barron was a light that cannot be duplicated. I haven’t seen him in years, but I can still see his smile vividly and hear his contagious laughter. He made the world better by just being here. I am sure he is watching over all of us and would want us to not be upset but to celebrate him.

Barron's noble, righteous yet humble actions always spoke louder than his gentle words. One outstanding experience I had with him is this story. It was about 11pm on a busy Friday night in the Triangle , when Barron asked me to come "help". I followed him to an area in the back lot, and between a car and a wall, was a man in a slump; sweating profusely, obviously ill, almost hysterical but incoherent. His friend was there, and very upset, but didn't know what to do (also a bit incoherent ). Barron said he wasn't sure what was going on but thought I might be able to help. Indeed after talking with the more sober friend, we realized the man was most likely just really drunk. Barron made sure the man made it into the Uber car (physically putting him in the back seat!) I've actually been in touch with the 2 men, who are so grateful. They were total strangers; everyone else was just walking by, but Barron stopped to see how he could help. He was a giant, gentle soul and will be missed so very much! We lost a good one! I know he's still with us all, however, perhaps doing even more for his fellow humans on the other side. I live in hope that I might meet him again.

I'm so sorry. So a bright light gets shine even better for us all. As I write this with tears in my eye. I gave Barron all I could muster in a poem.
Much love ❤️

My deepest condolences to Ms. Anita and Barron's whole family. I can still remember sitting next to Barron in computer class in 9th grade and him always finding a way to make me smile or laugh. His kindness and humor will never be forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace. ❤️
