Barbara Dianne Swann, age 76, passed away peacefully at home on the morning of April 3rd, 2023. Barbara was born on March 8th, 1947 in Valdosta, Georgia to Haywood and Naomi Westbrook.

Barbara attended college in Tampa, Florida, and worked tirelessly in sales, childcare, and housekeeping. She spent most of her life in Tampa and Miami, Florida, and Savannah, Georgia. Barbara was twice married.  Her brother is Donald Swann, and she is survived by her son, Eric Swann.  Her son, Troy Swann, is deceased.

Barbara loved cooking, traveling, gardening, boating, football, caring for children and animals, and meeting new people. She was very generous and loving to all who were blessed to know her.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering in Forsyth Park on Sunday, April 30th, 2023, at 5:30 PM. Guests will meet by the fountain. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to One Love Animal Rescue.
