Barbara Jean Phipps passed away peacefully in her sleep next to her cat at the age of 88 in Walnut Creek, CA on November 4, 2022. She had been a resident of San Ramon since 1971, raising her three kids, two grandchildren, and two great grandchildren there. She is survived by her brother, Art Buswell, her children, Cheri Scott, Kathy Southern, and Donald Phipps, her grandchildren, Kelsey Kostrzewa and Michele Bailey, and her great grandchildren, …
