On August 23rd, Barbara Oster, from Howard Lake, unexpectedly passed away in her home at the age of 71. Barb was born to Alfred & Caroline Dettmann on August 17th, 1947. She grew up in Northeast Minneapolis where she later on met the love of her life, Lee Oster. They married on May 23rd, 1970 and together created a beautiful and strong family.
