BARBARA ANN (HIGGINBOTHAM) GEORGE, 79, passed away on February 26, 2022, surrounded by her children, after a brief bout with cancer. Barbara was born on November 12, 1942, in Houston, Texas to Oliver “Polly” Percy Higginbotham and Frances Nadine (Cobb) Higginbotham. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Vera Nadine (Higginbotham) Bryan, as well as her husband.
