We thank you for visiting this memorial website dedicated to the life and legacy of our beloved Barbara Rose Cotton. As her family, we are deeply grateful for your support and comfort during this difficult time of loss.

Rose was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering strength will be deeply missed by all who knew her. We created this memorial website as a way to honor her memory and celebrate the beautiful life she lived.

Here, we invite you to share your memories and stories of Rose, and to connect with others who knew and loved her. We hope that this platform provides a space for us all to come together and celebrate Rose's life in a meaningful way.

Obituary

Barbara Rose Williams was born January 22, 1949, in Baltimore, Maryland, the seventh of eight children born to Robert and Ollie Williams. She was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools and graduated from Western, the oldest all-girls high school in the United States. She was truly a Western “dove,” stylish and congenial.
