Arturo Ganotan Basa, fondly known as “Uncle Art,” was born on December 5, 1942, in Bakit-Bakit, Rosales, Pangasinan, Philippines to Alberto and Ana Basa. He was one of four siblings—Artemio, Antonio, Arturo, and their cherished sister, Alejandria.
After graduating from Rosales National High School in 1958, Arturo studied radio technology at a vocational school in Dagupan City. Known for his fun-loving nature, comedic humor, and generous heart, he was always surrounded by unwavering, loyal friends …
