Born in Portland to Marguerite and Erwin Kalesse in 1942, Armond passed away on December 24th from Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis after a 10 year battle. He graduated from Wilson High (Ida B. Wells), worked at his dad’s auto garage in Multnomah Village, served in the Oregon National Guard, and graduated from Eastern WA State College.
