Armando Lazaro Leal, known by many as Mandy, was born in Rochester, New York to his parents Reinaldo Leal and Velia Ramos Leal. He had two siblings - Reynaldo and Rebecca. When he was 8 years old his family moved from Rochester to Hialeah, FL, in a small community which he loved so dearly known as Mango Hill.
