Annette Norlander (Langer, O’Brien) passed away peacefully on April 2, 2025 in River Falls, WI. She had been battling her health for many years, but most especially the past year. She was born on January 1, 1958 along with her twin brother Al to her parents, Lloyd and Mary Langer. She grew up in Ellsworth, WI on the family farm with many brothers and sisters.
