Anna “Ganna” Oster West, aged 81, peacefully departed on December 18, 2023, in the early afternoon, with her family by her side. Born in Richmond, Virginia, on April 17, 1942, to Louis and Mae Elias Oster, Anna initially pursued a career as a mortgage loan originator for many years before embracing her artistic flair as a florist, until retirement.
