Ann Goens will be cremated and celebrated with a memorial service in late summer in Cleveland, Ohio.
Ann was born to Judge Theodore M. Williams and Irene Bass Williams, and was the oldest sister to Theodore M. Williams, II, Charles Williams, Jane Williams Harris and Florence Williams Ousley.
Ann graduated from Fisk University and married Guy L. Goens in 1959; they moved to New York City, where Ann launched a career in special education.
