I recently had the pleasure of recruiting Ankita  Varman, SHRM-CP into a new role on our team. We were excited to see her resume and she had an awesome interview!  We could see that she was conscientious, kind, intelligent, and had a passion for connection.  We were thrilled when she accepted an offer to join us and were excited for her to put her talents to work. While our time with Ankita was brief, we appreciated her inquisitiveness and her desire to engage her new team members. Our sincere condolences to the Varman Family & Friends for their loss.  While grieving is a process with no true order of steps to master and no definitive end in sight, I hope the memory of Ankita is a blessing to all of those who had the pleasure of knowing or meeting her.

I am so very sorry to hear of this loss. I sat on a panel with Ankita for SU in Atlanta. I had just moved to the city and we talked so much that day. Little did I know she lived nearby to me and were also in the same honor fraternity. Extending my condolences! She was truly a light and very sweet. She even drove me home after the panel. I am grateful for the short time we did have in Atlanta.

I am so very sorry to Ankita's family and loved ones. I met Ankita in college and you can instantly tell how much love and joy she brought onto others. She always had this big, beautiful smile on her face and it made everyone around her smile as well.

I am so saddened by this. I knew Ankita through the POSSE and Remembrance communities at Syracuse. While we didn’t cross paths often, I always remember her smile and her brightness.  Sending my thoughts to Ankita’s loved ones. She was truly someone that touched everyone she met!

To Latha - my heart breaks for you and your family for your loss and I will always have a shoulder and a hug when you need one. This is a pain no parent should have to shoulder, and as a mother,  my heart is so heavy.
