Andrew Reyes Pangilinan, 55, affectionately known as “Andy” formerly of Glastonbury, passed away August 9, 2022, at Hartford Hospital with his family by his side. Andrew is predeceased by his parents, Gervacio and Nancy Pangilinan, and sister, Hilary Rose Pangilinan.
