Though we've met only once or twice, I've heard so many wonderful things about Andrew from his proud parents and from the Chen family, whose daughter Fiona he so patiently taught coding and Python. Andrew’s kindness and dedication have left a lasting mark on her life—and on ours.

My deepest condolences to the Lai family. May God grant everyone strength and peace during this difficult time. You are all in our prayers.

識得Andrew好多年，由uni起，記得當時佢和一班愛音樂嘅朋友同學，組成了CLAPS。這個認識也只是單方便，就會偶像般。

一直到一次北歐holiday road trip終於相認了。而我們也化身成為一隊boy band狂loop狂唱女仔歌。 [愛是最大權利]

亦都因為Andrew，我也認識到另一位大學時偶像Chilli。

之後各有各忙，都再無一齊去旅行了，現在只能懷念。

雖然你暫時離開了，但我知道在主裏我們會再相見。Rest in the arms of Jesus, our lord.

Chilli take care, my thought and my prayer are with you and your family.

It is with great sadness that I learnt about Andrew passing away. He was a great colleague , smart , diligent , curious, respectful of other colleagues in the company and different ideas. One great mind and one great guy. Andrew, you will be remembered by all people you have interacted with here in Morgan Stanley I am sure.

I will not be able to attend the service on 16th, is it possible to have it live with a webcam /zoom meeting or other on a laptop? The church is likely fine to allow this. Many thanks 🙏 

Mrs Lai we don't know each other but if I can help in any way, please let me know. If Andrew's kids want to follow their father's tracks in the finance industry, I will be very happy to guide them or open some doors.

It is with deep sadness that I write in memory of Andrew. I have known Andrew as my cousin in law for many years, but it wasn’t until my son Jayden came along that I truly got to know Andrew better.

Andrew was a talented musician, a car lover and a high tech guy. I still remembered he showed me all the smart home settings he had in their new home. Whenever we visited his home, he greeted us with his warm smile. Jayden often told me how well Andrew took care of them, especially during those joyful swimming outings. Andrew had unlimited patience for the kids, always ensuring they had fun and felt loved. His kindness and dedication as a father and friend will always be remembered. When I broke the news of Andrew’s passing to Jayden, his heart broke. He cried and he recalled all those wonderful moments he shared with Uncle Andrew and Jasper.

Chilli, you are incredibly strong and has the strength to care for the kids with the same love and dedication Andrew had. May Andrew rest in peace in the Lord’s arms, watching over you all. My thoughts are with you, Joses, Jasper and the Lai family during this difficult time. Andrew will always hold a special place in our hearts. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

惊悉Andrew的突然离世，我們全家都悲慟不已，久久不能平服。Andrew是我們小女儿Fiona敬爱的编程啓蒙老師。過往3年半，每周透過屏幕，都能感受到他的耐心、才華和驚人的堅韧，Andrew教授知識的同時也把樂觀傳递給孩子，也令孩子對計算機學科產生了濃厚的興趣，女兒的第一台電脑配置就是Andrew給我們很專業的建議買的。我們永遠感激他。他留下的一切美好將透過他深愛的家人和所有親友永留於世。

我們永遠懷念他！
