I was deeply saddened and wish “condolences” to his wonderful family and loved ones. Dr. Abbassi was a wonderful professor & mentor. I definitely learned a lot from him during my doctoral counselor education at TAMU-Commerce, during the classes and at many occasions he was trying to help his students! I was wearing my doctoral hood from him as well! I am very sorry. Sending our deepest Condolences!!!

This is to express our deepest sorrow and sympathy to Dr Abbasi' s precious family and loved ones. We all miss such a great person and personality among us; his fine care and attention to everyone around him was a word of mouth, to name a few; his geniuses and generosity in greeting people in his house, with his amazing Art of culinary and hospitality was another domain and talents of him, that he left in our memory as a great act of kindness and holy spirit. God bless his sole, and rest in peace.
