Mrs. Alice (Falces) Rusch, 99, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2025, in Middleton, Wisconsin.
Born on March 21, 1925, in the United States, Alice was the daughter of Filipino immigrants to Hawaii and was born on the island of Kauai. She graduated #1 in her class from Waipahu High School, Oahu, HI in 1943.
