Currently, Alex's close friends are organizing his memorial and burial service. All the money and awareness that was raised through his Gofundme page helped Alex tremendously, however those funds were FULLY used to cover his numerous medical bills. Alex was a dear friend and mentor to so many of us, and we want to give him the memorial he deserves with music he created, pictures, and artwork that his mother Sonja painted and drew. To honor his memory and say our last goodbyes, we want to create something that Alex would have enjoyed. We know that many of you have already graciously donated to this fund, but it’s important for us to show up for Alex one last time, as he has shown up for each and every one of us over the years. The estimated costs for his funeral and memorial are around $11,000.
