One of the funniest memories I have was of a time when he stayed briefly with my family. My brother (Kip Gallienne) was the drum major in the band, and I don't recall why Mr A was staying with us. Anyway, he was in the bathroom combing his hair as I walked past the open door. He stopped, looked in the mirror, and said, "Oh, Bert, what a fox!"
