Zakatalos Runba — Punished and lectured for missing one appointment. Me, my wife and our 5 kids will go elsewhere. I won't tolerate being mistreated.

Jessica Ayres — Missed initial appointment. Had wrong date. Went to reschedule and they lectured us on missing appoint, which we had already apologized for, and then they refused to schedule us together. We'll go somewhere we aren't punished for making a simple mistake.

Sharalynn Joplin — I am an RN and was seen most recently in the after hours clinic at Avera clinic in Milbank. My visit with them was very impressive! I was treated in a very timely manner. My receptionist was Heather, my nurse was extremely friendly and helpful, the PA was Patrick. The care I received was EXCELLENT! ... Read moreEveryone I came in contact with from checking in to checking out was kind, professional, but so friendly! They made me feel as if I had been a patient and person they had known forever.
I am from Nebraska spending a few months at the lake during the summer. There is always some anxiety being away from my provider at home, should I need medical care. Avera clinic and hospital was so helpful! I feel so Blessed to have this health care facility so close. Thank you to all who provided me with kindness and knowledgeable care! Read less
