About North Cemetery Lansing
Lansing, MI 48911
In 1960, the City of Lansing became the proud steward of North Delhi Cemetery through annexation. The cemetery, now known as "North Cemetery," covers 3.24 acres of peaceful grounds. The cemetery's history dates back to May 17, 1852, when the Delhi Township Board purchased the original land from Joshua North for $55.
Today, burials are reserved for those who have secured burial rights through inheritance or transfer of ownership. At this time, there are no available gravesites for sale to the public. We are honored to continue caring for this historic site and the families who have chosen it as their final resting place.
