I am Dewayne Edward Kemp Sr son of Zina Harmon-Bell. I am sending a request for assistance with the funeral service of my mother. When my mother was amongst us on this earth she was a very giving person and I am asking for loved ones who knew my for a little assistance with giving my mother a proper burial she absolutely deserves that.
