Zaavan Isaiah Peres 09-04-02 ~ 12-02-19

Zaavan was set free on Monday, December 2nd, after a life long battle with severe medical and physical limitations. He passed peacefully, surrounded by family, at Crescent Cove pediatric hospice home.

He was a vibrant soul with a charming and laid back personality. His bright blue eyes and gorgeous red hair made him impossible to resist, and his smile and laughter were infectious. Everyone who ever met him was an instant friend.

He attended Bridgeview School in St. Paul for 12 years, and developed lifelong relationships with teachers and peers who gave him much joy and so many memorable life experiences.

Throughout his life, we were fortunate enough to offer the best of the best as far as medical and therapeutic professionals and treatments for Zaavan. We will never doubt that he received care from the most dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate caregivers.

Those who worked in our home and cared for Zaavan directly, day in and out, were an integral part of his life and the quality of his days. He shared a special relationship with all of his in home PCA's, nurses, RT, and other therapy providers. He enjoyed a higher quality of life because he had such a powerful team.

Zaavan made it clear to us that he was tired and ready to stop fighting, so we made every effort to honor his wishes, and let him go peacefully and without pain. He was a truly amazing person, and will be greatly missed and remembered. We enjoyed 17 years with him, and cherish every moment.

Please join us as we say farewell and thanks, for the blessing that Zaavan brought to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Zaavan is survived by his parents, Erin Boyle (Andy), Jonathan Peres (Dannelle), and his younger siblings Rowyn Peres, and Sebastian Boyle.

A Celebration of Life service is to take place at Hope Christian Church, on January 11th, 2020 at 11a.m. With a luncheon reception immediately following.
