Yonna Jeanne (Poore) Grant, 46, of Manchester, NH, passed away unexpectedly on September 7, 2024.
Yonna struggled with mental health issues and addiction throughout her adult life, but she was always passionate about her love for her daughter, Jaylen, and her other daughter and two sons that were adopted out due to those struggles.
Her other passions in life were music, dance, and fashion.
