Yonna Jeanne (Poore) Grant

August 16, 1978 - September 7, 2024

       Yonna Jeanne (Poore) Grant, 46, of Manchester, NH, passed away unexpectedly on September 7, 2024.

       Yonna struggled with mental health issues and addiction throughout her adult life, but she was always passionate about her love for her daughter, Jaylen, and her other daughter and two sons that were adopted out due to those struggles.

     Her other passions in life were music, dance, and fashion.

     She was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Ann (Szczechowicz) Poore, and her brothers, Troy Ray Shreve, Jr., Jon Christopher Shreve, and George H. A. Shreve.

     She is survived by her daughter, Jaylen M. Soucy, of Dover, NH, her father, Wayne A. Poore, her sisters, Susan K. Malzahn (John), R. Ann Fenwick (Charlie), Patricia C. Critchett, Robin D. Shaw (Jerome), Nancy D. Paquette, Marjorie N. Poore, Sherri A. Poore (Roger), her brother, Raymond W. Poore (Angie),  and several nieces and nephews.

     No formal services are planned but a gathering for family and friends to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
