Yimin He, aka Jenny, was a loving mom, friend, daughter, sister, and partner. She was born in Hunan, China to He Cheng and Liu Qi. She studied chemistry at Beijing Normal University from 1980-1984, and then taught at South China Normal University in Guangdong. She moved to the United States in 1991. She lived in Corpus Christi, Texas, Southern California, Vidor, Texas, and Beaumont, Texas. She loved to fish, garden, cook, eat, travel, spend time …
