Xavier Leon Lee Tan passed away on July 3rd, 2022 at UC San Diego Medical Center in Hillcrest. At the moment of his passing, he was held by his father and mother: Philip and Alina Tan. In the days before his passing, he was surrounded by the love of family.

Our deepest gratitude to every single person who has sent us a kind thought, a prayer, a gift, and messages our way during Xavier's 2-year brain cancer battle. The pain we feel from his loss is overwhelming, but we are comforted by the support of our community and grateful that Xavier is now in heaven, at peace.
