Woodrow W. "Bill" Raquepaw, Jr., age 68 of Mio, Michigan, passed away at his home on Monday, December 25, 2017.
Bill was born in Saginaw, Michigan on September 6, 1949 to Woodrow W. and Irene (Pulley) Raquepaw. He worked in sales in the Owosso area for many years. Bill married Pam on June 30, 1979 in Chesaning, MI. Bill was a volunteer for the Owosso Twp. Rescue Ambulance for 5 years. He also was a …
