Winston—our beloved cat, gentle guardian, and quiet teacher—passed away leaving behind not only our family but a community forever changed by his presence.
More than a cat, Winston was a fixture of daily life and a source of comfort, joy, and connection. He chose his people intentionally, appearing on porches, sidewalks, playgrounds, and at the local daycare as if on his daily rounds of care. Children knew him by name. Parents trusted him implicitly.
