I learnt a great deal from Winnie and she will be missed for a long time to come. She was not just my boss for many years but also a mentor and a coach. She believed in me and my team more than we did and helped us every day to do better. Her commitment and passion was unparalleled. Not just me but so many of us here in team india will miss her a great deal. She was an inspiration to all of us. The news of her demise is unbearable. May her soul rest in peace.
Deepest sympathy to all how knew Winnie. She was a remarkable person.

Winnie was my mentor for over a dozen years. I learned so much from her and she inspired me to be the best I could be as a leader.

In memory of Winnie I have donated to IT Tender in Alabang, Philippines (Sponsor a Teacher program). RIP Winnie.

John 5:28, 29: "Do not marvel at this, for the time will come when all those who are in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things for the resurrection of life, those who practiced the vile Things for a resurrection of judgment.

I’m so sorry to hear that Winnie is no longer with us! I had the privilege to work with her at IBM as peer, and her grace and smarts were visible in all interactions. A wonderful leader, colleague and friend!

Zhou hang, I feel sad for you and your family. I pray to God to give you strength and may her soul rest in peace.

Winnie, Her contagious smile, glowing face, warmth in every interaction, and that - Do you have a second, which would eventually get into a lengthy discussion. I still remember 2011 when Winnie came over as our manager and the first interaction was ideating on what is going right rather than the challenges. She knew how to work on strengths of people. Her energy levels motivated all of us, her ability to sift through information and help others to focus on what is important was incomparable and her connect with people, par excellence. Last year I was visiting our UK office, Winnie was there and someone may have told her about my presence. She could have called me, but no, she came over with that radiating smile to give a warm hug and asked about my well being. Small gestures that are remembered and cherished forever, actions that speak volumes about the person. Such was Winnie and amongst the many things a compassionate leader who was loved by one and all.

Losing someone we love and respect is nothing easy, but knowing that we have been part of her life, I realize how honored and blessed that is. Words may not suffice to express the heartfelt sorrow that I feel, but do accept my heartfelt condolences

K. Bali
