Winnie Franklin passed away on September 13,2021 at the age of 25, following an illness. Winnie was born in Northern Kentucky on September 20, 1995. Her surviving parents are Bryan Franklin and Anne (Pete)Lanphier. Winnie was a happy, loving and helpful young adult. She was willing to help anyone she knew.
