Winnie Franklin passed away on September 13,2021 at the age of 25, following an illness. Winnie was born in Northern Kentucky on September 20, 1995. Her surviving parents are Bryan Franklin and Anne (Pete)Lanphier. Winnie was a happy, loving and helpful young adult. She was willing to help anyone she knew. Winnie was great at making people smile and had a funny comment about everything always. Winnie’s memory will forever be cherished by Sisters: Cassie, Toni and Elsie Franklin; her parents: Bryan Franklin, and Anne and Pete Lanphier; Fiancé Christopher Burch and family. Her niece Arielle Franklin. Numerous Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles , Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. Along with many friends.
