Wilma R. Tapp, 77, of Delaware, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024 in Clarksville, Arkansas. She was born on February 18, 1947 in New Blaine to her parents, Raymond and Mamie (Jones) McCutcheon.
Wilma worked for several years as the manager of Dollar General. She loved to work in both her vegetable and flower garden; she loved her pets, was always willing to help other in need and loved spending time with her …
