Wilma was a person of exceptional wit, always ready with a clever retort or a bit of dry humor. She was a bundle of hilarity, brightening rooms and faces alike with her infectious laughter. She was also characterized by her profound beauty, both inner and outer, which made her a cherished presence in the lives of those who were fortunate to know her. A caring soul at heart, Wilma had a knack for making people feel loved and valued.
Among the many lessons Wilma shared with those around her, one that stood out prominently was her firm belief in the restorative power of a Coca-Cola and Texas Rangers baseball. She was an advocate of finding simple pleasures in life and encouraged others to do the same.
Wilma's illustrious career was marked by her retirement from Smead Manufacturing, a testament to her hard work and dedication. This was one of her many accomplishments, all revealing the tenacity of a woman who thrived in the face of challenges.
In her passing, Wilma leaves behind a rich legacy of hard work and kindness. Her unique blend of strength, compassion, and humor will be remembered by all who were lucky enough to know her. This legacy will be carried forward by her beloved daughter, Allison Knox, and granddaughter, Darrion Knox, who were constant sources of joy and pride in her life.
