Willie George Mornes, affectionately known as “Buddy” to his family and close friends, was born April 2, 1936 in Malone, Texas to George “Pete” and Irene Driver Mornes. He was the oldest of eight children.
Willie “Buddy” departed his earthly body and surrendered quietly to God’s call on February 7, 2025. He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at a very early age. He preached his first sermon around the …
