It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Willie "MIKE" Milligan Sr., whom everyone knew as MIKE. On March 28, 1961, Mike was born in Oklahoma to loving parents, Raymond and Ann Milligan. Mike was just one of four rough-and-tumble Milligan sons. Mike and his brothers, Jay and Joe Moore and David Milligan would keep everyone on their toes. Mike continued keeping us on our toes until August 25, 2024, when …
