It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Willie "MIKE" Milligan Sr., whom everyone knew as MIKE. On March 28, 1961, Mike was born in Oklahoma to loving parents, Raymond and Ann Milligan. Mike was just one of four rough-and-tumble Milligan sons. Mike and his brothers, Jay and Joe Moore and David Milligan would keep everyone on their toes.  Mike continued keeping us on our toes until August 25, 2024, when he left this world.

 The love he shared with his dear wife, Cynthia Milligan, was one for the books, and her loss is immeasurable. Mike spent 33 years of his life working for local 16 IUEC making sure his family was provided for. His memory continues in the hearts of his entire family including, Willie Milligan Jr. and Shawn Milligan, his sons. His only daughter, Christy Milligan, and His one and only grandchild Liam Milligan, son of Shawn Milligan.

Mike's love for football will never disappear. Win or lose the Oklahoma Sooners and New Orleans Saints will have him as a fan for eternity. The spirit of the games and his unwavering support for his teams will go down in history.  Although New Orleans is where he loved living, Mike was a true Okie keeping Oklahoma as his true home. 

We remember Mike today, not just for the void he has left behind, but for the man he was during his prime. His love, his laughter, his unwavering support, and his infectious enthusiasm for his favorite pastimes will remain with us forever.
