Background
Our hearts are shattered as we mourn the tragic loss of DeMichael, a loving father, brother, and innocent man whose life was taken far too soon. On September 7, 2024, DeMichael was senselessly shot in a violent act, that ultimately led to his untimely demise on September 11, 2024 being declared brain dead. On September 12, 2024 Demichael was removed from life support and surrounded by his loved ones as his heart took its final beat. He did everything in his power to survive -desperately seeking help by driving himself to the hospital and crashing into the building in a final, courageous attempt to stay alive. Despite his efforts, we tragically lost him.
DeMichael was a devoted father to four beautiful children two girls 10 and 7 years old and two boys 8 and 2 years old. he was the sole support and partner to their mother, who now faces the overwhelming task of raising their children without him. He was not only the family's protector but also their sole provider, working hard as a tattoo artist every day to ensure his kids had everything they needed. Now, without him, they face unimaginable hardship.
We are reaching. out to our community, friends, and anyone who believes in supporting families in their darkest moments. We need your help to cover DeMichael's burial Expenses and provide for his children's immediate needs. Losing a father and partner. is devastating enough, but the financial burden that comes with it should not fall solely on this heartbroken family.
