DWYER, Williams "Ned" Pembleton, of Richmond and Sandbridge, Virginia passed away on September 1, 2022, of natural causes. Born on May 10, 1980, this magnificent man died at the early age of 42. Ned was the son of the late Thomas Johnson Dwyer and Ella Pembleton Carleton.
